My biggest challenges with my internet habits is the fact that I can get easily distracted with the internet and that their is certain habits that I need to be able to focus which can always not available. My issues with the internet is that I can easily get distracted by being tempted to surf the web or checking my social media when I’m supposing to do my school assignment. I am able to focus with my internship, but for my classes its quite the opposite which is kind of difficult to explain why that happen. Another issue for me is that why I do have a way to focus on my class assignments, its not always reliable. Whenever i’m working or doing school work. I listen to music which really helps as I get stuff done at a fast pace, in fact I’m listening to music right now while typing this piece! However for times when I am unavailable to listen to music like attending classes or any audio/video related assignments I find myself having a tough time focusing.

What I can do to fix this situation is not to rely on music all the time for my way to focus. I need to find another method that I can do that allows me to be able to continuing focusing on my tasks whenever I am unavailable to listen to music. Also it better to start not relying to listening to music habit, while working because as soon as we are able to resume our normal lives, I won’t be able to listen to music when I start to do my tasks in person. Hopefully I can find develop a better method to stop my habits.
